Today’s quote motivates us to learn live positively with conditions that much effort has proven irreversible.
Jesus excellently says how fruitless it is to restore the salt’s flavor after it is lost. The only solution He suggested was casting it out and letting people trample on it (Matthew 5:13). Many of us today are victims of our choices to fix irreversible situations. In some situations, we only have to learn to live with them as Paul did in accepting living positively with a thorn in his flesh (2 Cor. 12:7).
