Today’s quote warns us never to make fun of someone’s looks no matter how close we are with them because words have the power to give life or poison it.
Once in a while, jokes can spice up moments in life, but no matter how comfortable you can be with your friends, avoid making jokes about their looks. They can smile, but deep down, they’re hurt. They keep asking why you singled out their appearances as something to make fun of. Always remember, “Words kill, words give life; they’re either poison or fruit – you choose” (Prov. 18:21)
