Today’s quote encourages us to stay calm in the face of adversity since faith in God enables us to do so.

“The person who can remain calm and composed in the face of adversity is the one who commands respect and influence ( Is. 7:4; Ex. 14:14). It is a human tendency to feel angry and hurt when someone causes us harm or pain. Nevertheless, maturity helps us realize that seeking revenge only perpetuates a cycle of aggression and violence. Remember, happiness comes naturally to those who process their emotions healthily.”
